The Carbonear Swimming Pool is now offering a land based aerobics program for a duration of 4 weeks.
AM session - Mon/Wed/Fri @9:30am in the Multi-purpose room - Cost $50.00
PM session - Mon/Wed @ 7:30pm in the multi-purpose room - Cost $40.00
Nutritional coaching available for an additional fee.
These classes are being lead by a certified personal trainor.
